Through this journey, she discovered a more hopeful narrative than initially presented by healthcare providers, supported by significant scientific evidence indicating that individuals can manage symptoms and potentially slow disease progression.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, the founder was well-equipped to undertake the development of PD Buddy. The app is designed to assist users in maintaining both physical and mental fitness through a balanced approach that includes exercise, nutrition, meditation, and medication compliance. It also emphasizes the importance of a positive mindset and social interactions as vital components of holistic care.

PD Buddy is user-friendly and encourages users to engage in self-care practices beyond pharmacological solutions. Key features of the app include:
